Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account: your Google or Apple sign-in identifier, email address, name (nickname) and profile photo
• Activity: challenge settings, check-in records and check-in photos and videos, chat messages and reactions
• Device: a device token used to send push notifications
• Support requests: what you write, attached screenshots, and diagnostic information sent with the request (app version, device model, OS, language and region, time zone, display mode, notification permission, last sync time, and recent app errors)
• Errors and usage statistics: errors in the app (message, location, time, app version) and how often key features are used
• Ads: ads in the app are served by Google AdMob. To show ads and measure their performance, AdMob collects the advertising identifier, an approximate location estimated from the IP address, and records of ads viewed or tapped. Personalized ads are used only if you allow tracking, and you can turn this off at any time in your device settings
• Reports and blocks: content you reported and the reason, and the list of users you blocked
• Subscriptions: the subscription identifier, product, period and renewal status provided by the store (we do not receive payment details such as card numbers; payments are handled by Apple and Google)

2. How we use it

Only to provide the service (challenges, check-ins and group records), show your check-ins to the members you do a challenge with, send notifications, verify Premium subscriptions, answer support requests and fix errors, and handle reports. We never use or sell your records, photos or chats for advertising.

Support requests and error information are used by AI (Claude by Anthropic) to find causes and draft replies; a staff member reviews each reply before it is sent.

3. Who can see your content

Check-in photos, videos and records are visible only to the members doing the same challenge with you. You can turn off showing your check-in photos in your profile settings.

4. Service providers

• Amazon Web Services — server operation and data storage
• Cloudflare — storage and delivery of photos, videos and support attachments
• Google Firebase — push notifications, usage statistics and crash reports
• Google AdMob — in-app ads
• Anthropic — analysis of support requests and errors (AI)
• Apple and Google — sign-in and subscription payments

5. Retention and deletion

When you delete your account, we delete your information without delay. Error records are deleted after 14 days. Records related to contracts and payments may be kept for 5 years as required by Korean consumer protection law for electronic commerce.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop processing it, at any time. Edit it directly in your profile in the app, or contact us below.

7. Children under 14

You must be at least 14 years old to use -ing, and we confirm this when you sign up. If we learn that someone under 14 has signed up, we delete the account and its information without delay. A parent or legal guardian can request deletion using the contact below.
